We begin with one of the cornerstones of our organization, Nancy Callahan, the first smiling face you see when you enter the Gibson Center, and our administrative assistant. Ms. Nancy, as she is affectionately known, is the mother of five, and the grandmother of eight. Born in Massachusetts, she has held many jobs from owning her own business to bus driving to being a Certified Nursing Assistant, but her family has always been her true passion. Nancy brings the same strength and caring fostered by her family to her work with the Partners In Ministry. “My favorite moments here” says Ms. Nancy, “are those quiet moments before a program begins when all the volunteers and staff come together: all those people of all colors, all creeds, and all sorts of backgrounds hold hands and pray. That always feels good.”
