Adults
GED Class: Call to reserve your spot in the free GED class in partnership with Richmond Community College. Classes are held at our center on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Those wishing to brush up on math or reading skills are also encouraged to sign up. Class will break for the summer and will resume in August.
Adult/Seniors-only (55+)
Social Hour: Come to our social hour with refreshments every Tuesday from 10am to 11:30am. Games will also be available including Bingo. Trips and upcoming activities will be planned during these times.
Blood Pressure Check: (dates and times to be announced).
Family Activities
Community Garden: Bring the whole family and work in the community garden in Rockingham or East Laurinburg. Call to set up a time to come and work. Tools will be provided.
Rockingham Outreach and Recovery: Help repair the home of a family in need. Saturdays at various locations. Call to schedule a work day. Tools and materials are provided; just bring your willingness to work and to learn! Visit the ROAR page.
